We are currently beta testing our software and are actively looking for customers to trial it, preferably in their sandbox. At the moment, it's free. Other pricing options will be introduced later and are to be confirmed.

FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes. During beta, trialling is free. We also offer a Free Audit period so you can see what optimization opportunities exist in your environment.
Why annual commitment (when paid pricing applies)?
License optimization is an ongoing process. The value of ROI Steward comes from trend tracking over time and using historical data for renewal negotiations. Annual pricing reflects that and keeps the per-month cost lower.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Does my data leave Salesforce?
No. ROI Steward runs 100% natively within your Salesforce org. License validation is optional but preferred: when enabled, a lightweight check transmits only Org ID and user count — no business data, no PII. The alternative is offline licensing: we email you a license key and you paste it into the app in your Salesforce org; no external calls are made.
